Pick a Random Comment Winner on Facebook
A Facebook comment picker is a tool that collects every comment on a Facebook post and selects a random winner from them. Instead of scrolling a long thread, screenshotting names, or pasting every entry into a spreadsheet by hand, you add one link and let the Facebook comment picker run the whole draw for you: quickly, fairly, and with a result your followers can easily check for themselves, no matter how busy the comment section gets.
Fairness is the main reason to use one. A random Facebook comment picker takes the host’s personal judgment out of the result, so nobody can claim the winner was a friend, a coworker, or simply the loudest fan in the comment thread. A short comment counts exactly as much as a long one, and an entry posted on the final day has the same odds as the very first.

Is the Facebook Comment Picker Really Random?
Before handing the final call to any comment picker, it’s worth knowing exactly how a Facebook giveaway winner gets chosen.
How the Comment Picker Algorithm Selects a Winner
Each comment that passes your filters goes into a single pool, and the comment picker gives every entry the same probability of being drawn. Reactions, replies, comment length, and how early someone posted have no effect at all. The pool decides the winner, never the host.
A Secure Comment Picker for Your Facebook Page
You never type your Facebook password into the comment picker. Access to your Page’s comments is granted through Facebook’s own permission screen, it’s read-only, and you can revoke it from your settings at any time. Nothing is ever posted on your behalf.
What Can You Use a Facebook Comment Picker For?
A Facebook comment picker is useful any time a prize, reward, or spot has to go to one person from a comment thread. Facebook giveaways are the most common reason, yet Pages also use it for product launch contests, local businesses rely on it for monthly raffles, and community managers use it to pick quiz winners or decide who receives free event tickets.
A dedicated comment picker also protects the Page’s reputation. When entrants know the selection was random and documented, complaints drop and participation in the next draw tends to rise, which makes every future campaign easier to run. For brands, creators, and small shops alike, Comment Picker App turns a slow manual task into a quick, transparent step that everyone following the Page can trust, draw after draw.
Facebook Comment Picker FAQ
A Facebook comment picker is a free online tool that gathers the comments on a Facebook post and chooses one or more winners at random. It replaces manual counting, so giveaway and contest results are faster, unbiased, and easy for anyone to verify afterwards.
It works with public Facebook Page posts and Reels. Group posts are more limited, because Facebook restricts how outside tools can read group content, so for giveaways and contests a Page post is the recommended choice.
